Are the TruVision products working?

Let’s talk for a minute about how we know the products are working…. Are we seeing a reduced appetite?? Are we experiencing fewer cravings?? Do we feel that we have increased energy? IF we answer yes to ANY of these, then the products are working! NOW lets talk about what WE need to be doing to work WITH the products to see the weight loss… Are we making better choices?? Are we eating ENOUGH calories to fuel your body? Are we giving your body fuel early in the day?? Are we keeping yourself hydrated? Are we sabotaging our calories by drinking high calorie drinks like gourmet coffee?? Are we physically active?? Are we eating when out of boredom or emotion instead of when we are actually hungry??
When we are taking a supplement that gives us a reduced appetite and fewer cravings then we are basically given the POWER to make changes in what we are eating… NOW what are WE doing to create better eating habits?? So often people want to blame the product when actually we need to take a good look at the things we are doing… are we sabotaging the product and setting ourselves up to fail?? Taking the TruVision weight loss combo is about making this EASIER for us to lose weight… WE MUST DO OUR PART.
Here are some ideas to help US make those changes…
Activity: When we are watching TV…. with EVERY commercial GET UP AND MOVE during the commercials even if it is just walking around the house. When we go out, PARK your car in the FURTHEST parking space and WALK. When we MOVE, our bodies like and want more of it so even if we start here…. it will increase over time and before we know it we will look forward to walking and eventually get up to the 10K steps a day🙂
Food: We no longer HAVE to FIGHT our body for power to control those bad habits… so we need to use that power and teach ourselves to make conscious decisions. The best way to do that is to keep a food journal, this will help us to KNOW what we are actually putting in our body… by writing it down and reviewing at the end of the day we will be able to be more responsible for our eating habits. When our body tells us it is hungry- is it REALLY hungry or does it need hydration?? To our brain there is no difference so before stuffing food in our mouth WE need to drink some water and see if that satisfies our body. Before we eat pay attention and ask our self “is this working WITH my product or against it?” We need to stop eating in front of the TV.. When we do we are not paying attention and just shovel it in WITHOUT making conscious decisions and listening to our body, we are preoccupied.
