Let’s talk for a minute about how we know the products are working…. Are we seeing a reduced appetite?? Are we experiencing fewer cravings?? Do we feel that we have increased energy? IF we answer yes to ANY of these, then the products are working! NOW lets talk about what WE need to be doing to work WITH the products to see the weight loss… Are we making better choices?? Are we eating ENOUGH calories to fuel your body? Are we giving your body fuel early in the day?? Are we keeping yourself hydrated?
